How and when TNP pays you. You agree to it when you save your payment details.

1What is paid
- You are paid the day rate shown on the event for each day your Event Coordinator marks you present.
- Absent days are not paid. TNP may add approved adjustments, shown on your pay slip.
2When and how
- Earnings are approved after the event is completed, then collected into a monthly payable.
- TNP pays to your verified UPI ID or UPI QR (or bank account where agreed) and records the payment reference. You see it as Paid in Earnings.
- This app is not a wallet: approved earnings are not a balance you can withdraw.
3Your payment details
- Enter your own bank account, UPI ID, UPI QR and PAN. Any change needs TNP to verify it again before the next payment.
- If a payment is wrong, tell TNP. Corrections are recorded as new entries; the original record is never deleted.
